I actually feel 99% better. I did 10 sessions of physical therapy and made sure I didn't lift anything for the first month after it happened. I slowly started getting the feeling back in my leg and foot. After about 2 1/2 months I had full feeling back in my left foot.

On my wife's pleading I signed up for a gym and got a personal trainer. I've been doing this for about 3 weeks now. I'm strengthening my body and we work on core strengthening at the end of each workout. I feel better now than before the injury. I think this was a wake-up call for me.

I'll have to admit that I was pretty bummed after the injury thinking I would always be that guy with the bad back, but I've learned that backs too can heal!

I would suggest you flask (which is still python, or something like it) for a single task web app: you don't even need a web server: just deploy it with gunicorn and you're done.

for those that are reading it for the first time you still need to get into it to grasp it. This schedule will assist in helping you keep it together so you don't delay it enough to forget what happens, but it's a ton harder to grasp if it's to say you did it as a general. my ward challenged us to read the Book of Mormon in 4 months so we would be done on Christmas and they created a spreadsheet for us. They did have a list of where you should be, but it was in pages rather than chapters. It started averaging 6 and 7 every other day then for about the last third it was flat 7 with two to three 8 pages. For those that are questioning if you want to take the challenge on you can get a little information about it at

Use your home computer. If you accumulate your computer on 24/7 and basically accept a changeless IP this shouldn’t be a problem. If you accept a router, you will accept to set up anchorage forwarding as well.

You can connect a external Hard Drive to save/backup your recordings via a usb port located in the back and front of the rcvrs.

We've only had DN for just under 2 yrs & we will be going elsewhere @ the end of our term. We've lost 2 receivers in under 2 years, thus losing everything we've recorded - TWICE. I don't know anyone who knows how to put those programs you really want to save on something other than the DVR, so we're screwed. Anyway, becuz of this loss, we found out by accident we've been charged $6 a month for the warranty service. No idea how long it's been going on becuz in July of 2010 I signed up for FREE HD & have NOT been able to see a statement since.

hi lost a lot of hd channels with sat 110 , had repair man here for 6 hours ,replaced dvr,checked sat and wiring,contacted support several times,the last tec informed him that sat 110 stopped transmitting hd, only diital broadcast,he had to relocate dish to sat 121, i think,needless to say no line of site to the needed sat,they did credit some on my account but it's not worth the bad picture,small, quality!!!had him replace the new dvr he just installed back to the old one because i wanted to watch my recorded shows..he was not a happy camper but neighter am i!!!! good luck
ps just ordered verizon fios a fed min ago...

Dastin, thank for sharing your experience and somewhat an enlightenment of what django is compared to other language. I am currently into PHP and I am also using smarty for developing an app from scratch, and I would want to go for other languages such as ruby or python. I find PHP too crowded :D though I love coding web apps using the language. I also can see that bigger sites use python.

I was a dealer of Dishnetwork for the past 12 years. You are absolutely correct, there is more going on with Dishnetwork than meets the eye. The reason they lost 135 thousand customers last quarter was because of mainly your exact same issues. There now is a reason that Directv is growing in leaps and bounds. They do try harder. You will not be displeased

Thank, it works for me when tried to restore innodb and myisam tables on windows xp sp3 5.5.22 MySQL Community Server (GPL).

I did the following:
Shut-down the MYSQL service: net stop mysql Update my.ini file: datadir="C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/MySQL/MySQL Server 5.5/Data/" innodb_data_home_dir="C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/MySQL/MySQL Server 5.5/Data/" innodb_buffer_pool_size=256M innodb_log_file_size=128MPut all the data tables (myisam and innodb) in the configured directory: "C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/MySQL/MySQL Server 5.5/Data/" Back up the log files (and remove them from the data folder): ib_logfile0 ib_logfile1Start the MYSQL service: net start mysql Upgrade the MYSQL server (to resolve the schema fetching in MYSQL WORKBENCH): mysql_upgrade -p
